Paper and electronic prescriptions
You can present a paper prescription form issued by your GP at the pharmacy, however, most prescriptions are now issued through the electronic prescription system (EPS).
If you would like Lyneham Pharmacy to dispense your prescriptions, you can nominate our pharmacy by speaking with a member of the pharmacy staff or let your GP know.
